Note: 'yield' and '70g scones' are cooked quantities and allows for evaporation in cooking. 500g of flour makes a dozen 70g (cooked) scones.
The calculator above can scale the recipe, just complete one of the yellow fields and hit ENTER, and the rest will be calculated.
It is important to not over knead the dough as it will make it tough and prevent the scones rising.
