Choux Pastry
Ingredients

Method
- Heat the water and butter until boiling freely.
- Quickly add the flour and strir until it leaves the saucepan in a
smooth ball.
- Remove from heat.
- Allow to cool slightly and beat the eggs in slowly.
- Pipe onto a greased tray.
- Cook in an oven at 200°C until done, about 25 minutes.
